MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY

Choice Flooring recognizes the importance of maintaining the value of our products and protecting

the integrity of our brand. To achieve this, we have developed a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

policy for our authorized dealers, distributors, and resellers. The following policy outlines our

expectations and guidelines for advertising and promoting our products:

Minimum Advertised Price

All hard surface flooring products will have a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP).

The MAP will be the lowest price authorized retailers can advertise our products.

Price Advertising

Our authorized retailers are free to sell our products at any price they choose

as long as they do not advertise the products at a price below the Minimum Advertised Price.

Enforcement

We will actively monitor the advertising and pricing practices of our authorized

retailers to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with our MAP policy may result in a loss of

authorization to sell our products. Choice Flooring reserves the right to terminate any agreement

with an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller that violates our MAP policy.

Exceptions

Occasionally, we may offer promotions or discounts on our products that allow

authorized retailers to sell below the MAP. Such promotions will be communicated in writing to our

authorized retailers and will have a clearly defined start and end date.

By implementing this MAP policy, we aim to protect the value of our products and support our

authorized retailers in maintaining a fair and competitive marketplace. We appreciate the

cooperation of all authorized dealers, distributors, and resellers in adhering to our policy.
